Business Application Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Application Analyst to join our team. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and maintaining critical business applications and integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, design, and development of EDI-based solutions for automated B2B communication and data exchange.
  • Develop and maintain applications and integrations based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles.
  • Utilize expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for analytical solution development, including data modeling, dashboard creation, and report generation.
  • Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure developed solutions align with business needs and technical standards.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in business application analysis and development, with significant focus on integration and analytics.
  • Proven hands-on development experience with EDI systems and protocols.
  • Strong expertise in SOA principles and experience developing and managing services within an SOA environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with OAC development, including data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting.
  • Experience with various integration patterns and technologies.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical designs.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
