">About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business-to-business (B2B) software sales, leading a high-performing sales team, engaging with clients, and closing deals efficiently.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Identify, contact, and qualify potential clients to generate new business
  • Conduct needs assessments and consult clients on suitable software solutions
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals efficiently
  • Maintain strong post-sale client relationships to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and generate weekly/monthly reports for performance tracking
  • Collaborate with product, support, and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding
">Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B software/SaaS sales, client-facing roles, or solution consulting
  • Graduate degree in any discipline; IT/BMBA preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
