The role of a Senior Cloud Success Associate is pivotal in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from their investment in cloud solutions.
As part of this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, guiding them towards advantageous adoption of our offerings.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly or quarterly business reviews to act as the voice of the customer.
- Analyze consumption and usage data to help clients optimize their cloud spend.
- Provide standardized recommendations to increase adoption, working closely with resources to offer specific best-practice guidance.
- Develop a deep understanding of our offerings, policies, and procedures.
- Partner with clients to create a Value Investment and Roadmap Plan for those who qualify for CSM engagement, tracking client growth in the cloud and identifying professional services opportunities.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in business or another relevant technical discipline from an accredited university.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer-facing positions (client success, customer service, professional services, technical support, or similar roles focused on client success).
- Microsoft Technologies: Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
- Azure Proficiency: Ability to demonstrate how to maneuver in Azure and train clients on best practices.
