Lead Program Developer

The position focuses on driving experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate students beyond the classroom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact programs that deliver measurable learning outcomes and industry exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement UG program challenges from start to finish.
  • Ensure challenges are aligned with organizational goals and meet quality standards.
  • Track participation, outcomes, and feedback to refine and improve future editions.
  • Collaborate with mentors, facilitators, and industry experts to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Plan and execute showcases and events across the UG program.
  • Manage logistics: requirements gathering, mentor coordination, and on-ground execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in education operations, student engagement, or experiential learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, reporting, and student communication systems.
