Job Title: Learning Management System Administrator

About the Role:

Publish and manage learning courses, curricula, and learning paths within a Learning Management System (LMS). Ensure proper course categorization, tagging, and metadata for optimal searchability and reporting.

Manage course enrollment processes, prerequisites, and completion requirements. Coordinate SCORM, xAPI, and other content package uploads and testing.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date course catalogs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Publish and manage learning courses, curricula, and learning paths.
  • Ensure proper course categorization, tagging, and metadata.
  • Manage course enrollment processes, prerequisites, and completion requirements.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct quality assurance of content assets to be loaded in the LMS.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards.

Learning Administration:

  • Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Monitor learner progress and completion rates across all courses and programs.
  • Generate and analyze learning analytics reports.
  • Support learners with technical issues.

Strategic Learning Support:

  • Collaborate with learning and development teams to align LMS capabilities with organizational learning objectives.
  • Provide recommendations for platform optimization and feature utilization.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new learning technologies and integrations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong project management skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in LMS administration and configuration.
  • Understanding of learning standards.
  • Experience with content authoring tools.
  • Strong analytical skills.
