Financial Operations Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in managing financial functions, streamlining processes, and ensuring timely revenue collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Management: Prepare, issue, and manage invoices efficiently.
  • Account Receivables: Oversee account receivables and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Payment Follow-up: Proactively follow up on outstanding payments with clients.
  • Financial Reporting: Analyze receivables data and provide insightful financial reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally to improve billing processes and cash flow.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Educational Background: CA Inter / CWA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in finance/accounts, particularly in receivables.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills with an ability to work independently and collaboratively.
