Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead consulting assignments through the hospitality, tourism, and leisure sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent client-facing abilities, and a deep understanding of the consulting environment in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest standards.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance procedures.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to SOPs and approval processes, while coordinating and supervising consultants, analysts, and external partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering clear communication, expectation management, and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients, leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions.
  • Provide post-project reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, preferably within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and travel to the GCC if required.
