Role Overview

As a business consultant, you will work closely with clients to identify and address their operational challenges. By leveraging your analytical expertise, you will provide actionable insights that drive meaningful results.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand/supply planning, and inventory optimization principles. You will have the ability to analyze complex data sets, develop practical recommendations, and effectively communicate your findings to stakeholders.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, with significant hands-on work in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and Advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Technical Expertise
  • Kinaxis Rapid Response Expertise
  • Deep functional understanding of Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Advanced scripting experience using Kinaxis-specific languages for data manipulation and custom workflows.
  • Experience in integrating Kinaxis with enterprise systems using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.
  • Ability to create, customize, and manage analytical reports and dashboards within Kinaxis, and optionally connect with BI platforms.
