Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and result-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring smooth workflow, monitoring KPIs, and supporting management in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing effective controls.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity by identifying areas of improvement and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Manage and lead the operations team, ensuring coordination across departments and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor budgets, resources, and costs to maintain profitability and make data-driven decisions.
  • Track and analyze KPIs, preparing regular performance reports for management to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Handle client queries/escalations and work to improve customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and execute growth strategies that align with the organization's vision and mission.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Admin Manager, or similar role is essential.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are necessary to succeed in this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required to effectively interact with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, CRM, or related software tools is necessary to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively is crucial to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
