Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our teams in delivering cutting-edge financial technology solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

  • This is a multifaceted role with high responsibility and opportunities for growth, allowing you to work on challenging problems in financial services and technology.
  • You will collaborate with diverse teams, utilizing your expertise in project management, leadership, and communication to drive results.
Requirements:
  • 8-20 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with product delivery expertise.
  • An outcome-oriented attitude and ability to drive multiple teams towards common goals.
  • Prior experience leading at least one project in digital channels space (online or mobile banking) is mandatory.
  • Banking project experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with technology, though not a technical expert, is required.
  • A team size of 8-15 associates managed previously.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary.
