Job Title: Senior Manager Technology Transformation

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion transformative initiatives to elevate employee experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop strategic measurement frameworks to track progress on complex projects.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to address challenges and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Cultivate key relationships to identify innovation opportunities and enhance organizational agility.

  • Guide stakeholders through transformational change journeys by communicating strategies and driving adoption.
  • Anticipate and articulate the impacts of change, providing clear communication for successful transition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience including:
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience, leading high-performing teams.
  • 1+ years in transformation experience in people, process, or technology transformation.
  • Proven expertise in spearheading people-centric or transformational initiatives.
  • Experience leading the people side of change for technologists.
  • Proven experience leveraging customer insights and feedback to refine strategies and enhance business solutions.
  • Experience working to define, collaborate, and deliver outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience communicating with cross-functional stakeholders, including executives.
  • Strong business and technology acumen.
  • Organizational agility.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of product team practices.
  • Experience leading matrixed teams.
  • Experience supporting multi-geographical teams.
