About Our Financial Operations Team

We are a leading provider of AI-powered accounting and financial services. Our team is dedicated to delivering world-class bookkeeping, VAT, and corporate-tax compliance solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning end-to-end client relationships by onboarding and configuring each SME's complete finance solution in our platform.
  • Overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliations, preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements with insightful variance analyses and cash-flow forecasts.
  • Guiding clients through VAT and corporate-tax registration and filings, monitoring regulatory updates, and proactively recommending tax-optimization and risk-mitigation strategies.
  • Scheduling regular check-ins and client meetings, delivering timely, high-quality financial reports, and translating complex data into actionable advisory insights.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on offshore accounting experience supporting SME clients.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proven experience in finance and accounting.
  • Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial statements.
  • Advanced analytical skills to identify cost-optimization opportunities and financial risks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and advisory services.
  • Proficiency with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
