Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic finance leader to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for client portfolios and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to implement financial strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks and standards through effective audits, statutory filings, tax planning, and reporting accuracy.
  • Oversee financial risk, implement controls, and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize potential risks.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with the leadership team, investors, and external auditors to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, presenting financial performance updates to the board and providing actionable insights.
  • Build relationships across departments to support strategic decision-making.

Operational Finance Oversight

  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and working capital effectively to drive business growth.
  • Lead monthly/quarterly closing processes and consolidation reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
  • Oversee treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and investment analysis to inform business decisions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and lead a distributed finance team to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Develop scalable finance processes to support future business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting practices, compliance, and taxation.
  • Proven experience in Fintech, Financial Services, or Consulting preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise with financial tools and systems.
  • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
