Job Overview:

This leadership position oversees the management, enhancement, and optimization of hospitality and commercial real estate assets.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders on key initiatives, requiring strategic thinking, financial acumen, and operational expertise.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Asset Performance Monitoring: Drive financial and operational excellence across hotel and restaurant properties
  • Budgeting and Planning: Collaborate with operating partners to finalize budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct regular reviews versus budgets, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze RevPAR, GOP, ADR, occupancy, and EBITDA trends to optimize ROI
  • Benchmarking: Compare performance with industry data and STR reports to ensure competitiveness
  • Leasing and Tenant Management: Oversee leasing, tenant relationships, and yield enhancement at IT parks and commercial developments
  • CAM and Facilities Management: Manage CAM, tenant compliance, facilities, and lifecycle maintenance
  • Monetization Strategies: Develop and execute monetization strategies through leasing, JV, REIT, or selective exits
  • Land Bank Development: Drive the development of land banks in key markets
  • RFP Management: Float and manage RFPs for architects, contractors, and brand/operator tie-ups
  • Feasibility Studies: Evaluate feasibility, design concepts, and financial models for new hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments
  • Operator Relationships: Govern operator relationships to ensure compliance with financial and brand objectives
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain MIS, dashboards, and board presentations on asset performance
  • Trend Analysis: Track hospitality and real estate trends for informed decision making
