Senior Trust Portfolio Manager

This role involves managing a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The successful candidate will have experience in trust management, including legal, regulatory, and administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities, producing necessary legal documents and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and internal procedures.
  • Conduct regular reviews of each entity in the portfolio through effective liaison with clients, trustees, intermediaries, and legal counsel.
  • Ultimate responsibility for client file quality, covering all legal, regulatory, and trust matters for the portfolio under management.
  • Provide legal research and analysis for structuring different variations of trusts and commercial entities.
  • Develop and maintain voice and face contact with clients and intermediaries, particularly high net worth individuals and families.
  • Adhere to and analyze Amicorp's 4-Pillar approach, focusing on compliance, legal, and corporate services, transaction monitoring, and tax and transparency.
  • Achieve financial chargeability targets, monitor transactions effectively, handle pricing, invoicing, and resolve payment issues and collection of invoices and outstanding fees for clients.
  • Anticipate and manage emerging regulatory, taxation, or legal changes, ensuring compliance-related risks are addressed on behalf of clients.
  • Support the Local Management Team, Client Acceptance Committee, and Compliance to find commercial solutions for onboarding and ongoing client administration/service.
  • Maintain up-to-date local office policies and procedures aligned with local regulations and requirements.
