About the Role:
Our organization is seeking an experienced sales professional to fill the role of AVP Sales. This position involves building and maintaining relationships with insurance companies and intermediaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive business growth through insurance company sales teams and intermediaries
- Provide feedback on product development for our wellness packages, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations
- Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies and brokers, to expand our reach and influence in the market
- Develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in driving sales through insurance intermediaries, with a proven track record of success in this field
- Expertise in health tech/insurtech/insurance player with a focus on insurance and insurance intermediary partnerships, enabling effective collaboration and communication
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, leveraging your leadership skills to drive results and growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to effectively interact with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
