Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Agency Development Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales, strong product knowledge, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for developing various sources of agent hiring, building a team of agents, and enhancing existing agent footfall to generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to enhance existing agent footfall and generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring.
  • Build a team of agents and develop them to meet business targets.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure product knowledge among agents.
  • Review and plan activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans.
  • Meet business targets and improve agent productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in field sales.
  • Graduate degree from a recognized university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and developments.
