Transfer Agency Expertise

We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our team in providing expert guidance and support related to transfer agency operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant handling of shareholder records and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized consulting services to clients in the transfer agency domain, focusing on operational efficiency, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of transfer agency processes, including shareholder record maintenance, transaction processing, and reconciliation activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve complex transfer agency issues and ensure timely, accurate execution of transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, dividend payments, and corporate actions.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of transfer agency operations to identify process gaps and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Support client onboarding and system integration activities, including data migration, system testing, and user training.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and technological advancements affecting transfer agency services to proactively advise clients on compliance and operational enhancements.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, project progress, and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of transfer agency operations within the mutual fund, asset management, or financial services industry.
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks affecting transfer agencies, such as SEC, FINRA, or equivalent regional bodies.
  • Proven consulting experience or hands-on involvement in operational process improvement, system implementation, or project management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
