Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Agency Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by securing partnerships with advertising agencies. The ideal candidate will excel in deal negotiation, onboarding new clients, and managing agency relationships to ensure long-term collaboration. Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Agency Partnerships:
• Identify and engage key decision-makers at advertising agencies.
• Develop tailored advertising solutions to meet agency requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners.
2. Sales & Negotiation:
• Lead negotiations to secure advertising deals that align with client goals.
• Ensure successful deal closures while meeting revenue targets.
• Address client concerns and provide strategic recommendations.
3. Client Onboarding & Collaboration:
• Oversee the onboarding process for new agency partners.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Provide ongoing support to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
4. Client Engagement & Industry Presence:
• Conduct in-person meetings with agencies to strengthen relationships.
• Represent Streamlyn at industry events, networking meetups, and trade shows.
• Stay updated on market trends and agency needs to refine sales strategies.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
• Maintain accurate sales records and track performance in the CRM system.
• Provide insights on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
• Continuously identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
Qualifications:
• 1 to 4 years of experience in agency sales, business development, or a related role.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Experience working with advertising agencies and media planners.
• Familiarity with digital advertising, programmatic sales, and CRM tools is a plus.
