Job Title: Asst. Manager

This role is designed to sustain and establish new revenue-generating partnerships for the organization.

The job entails managing end-to-end life-cycle with key accounts, including reporting, compliances, social media, and renewals.

  • Develop customized proposals in sync with the partnership structure and available opportunities, in close coordination with program teams, finance team, and technical director.
  • Engage with corporate funders – making pitches and getting them on board.

External Partnerships

  • Serve as a single point of contact for external teams & athletes that wish to come down to our facility for training camps, sports science testing, and injury rehab and recovery interventions.
  • Conceptualize and implement initiatives, including creating pricing and proposal, aligning stakeholders, and ensure timely billing and payment collections.

HNI Fundraising & Relationships

  • Drive the implementation of the IIS Patrons Club, including outreach to potential members, nurturing relationships, and converting them into donors.
  • Manage external stakeholders (HNIs/potential donors) visits, with an aim to convert them into individual donors or CSR donors.
Required Skills:
  • Collaborative and ability to work with teams across functions.
  • Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision.
  • Adaptability, and a quick learner with a strategic mindset.
  • Keen interest in sports, specifically Olympic Sports.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
