Job Title: Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to lead our business architecture strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-domain knowledge and expertise in core functions like HR, Supply Chain, Procurement.

The successful candidate will have deep expertise in Process Re-Engineering, Process Mining and hands-on experience in Process Tools, Frameworks and Techniques.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive Business Architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT strategy.
  • Drive and govern the Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap.
  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the enterprise architecture.
  • Evaluate and select technology platforms/solutions that align with enterprise architecture strategy.
  • Ensure compliance to various regulatory requirements and certifications.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
