We are seeking a visionary Project Director to lead our architectural teams in delivering exceptional projects from concept to completion.

With 10-15 years of experience in managing large-scale architectural projects, you will be responsible for guiding project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work, preferably in Real Estate and corporate campuses, and extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams.

As a Project Director, you will oversee the design and delivery of diverse project types, foster strong relationships with clients, and drive project alignment with business objectives.

You will collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to initiate project concepts, develop them to a detailed level, and ensure timely project delivery.

A key aspect of this role is providing strategic guidance, anticipating and resolving complex technical and design issues, and maintaining and nurturing client relationships.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills, as well as strong creative and visualization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide project teams on large-scale architectural projects from concept to completion
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and excellence in design
  • Ensure project alignment with business objectives and strive for excellence in project delivery
  • Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to initiate project concepts and develop them to a detailed level
  • Lead the communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred
  • Extensive portfolio of work, preferably in Real Estate and corporate campuses
  • Demonstrable experience in large-scale architectural projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong creative and visualization skills
  • Good interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills
