Job Overview:

Senior 3D Visualization Specialist is sought after to craft photorealistic architectural walkthroughs and immersive visual experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in 3D visualization, animation, and real-time rendering to bring architectural designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality photorealistic architectural walkthroughs using 3DS Max
  • Create seamless animations showcasing architectural projects, including interiors, exteriors, and landscapes
  • Optimize 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials for high-performance rendering
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design intent and ensure accurate visual representation
  • Evaluate visuals meet high aesthetic standards before client presentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Corona Renderer (Photorealistic Rendering), 3DS Max, and D5 software
  • Experience in creating high-quality architectural walkthroughs & flythroughs, lighting, shading, and texturing for realistic visual output, PBR Materials & HDRI-based lighting
