Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operational Team Manager to lead our team of professionals in achieving our goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily workflow, ensuring maximum capacity to the project pool, and overcoming daily hurdles such as absenteeism and erratic workflow.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, managers, and external customers. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a high level of adaptability.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing team productivity and effectiveness
  • Ensuring schedule adherence for self and team
  • Effective operations management by overcoming daily challenges
  • Constant communication with internal teams through calls and emails
  • Preparing accurate reports and submitting timely to desired recipients
  • Performing random quality checks on volumes processed by team members
  • Conducting daily meetings with team and providing timely process updates
  • Anticipating client needs and preparing reports
  • Reviewing QC feedbacks and devising ways to improve quality of the team
  • Upholding quality standards through spot checks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:

  • Graduate or master's degree from any stream
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Good networking skills across the organization
  • Training skills to conduct process, refresher, and basic soft skills training
  • Ability to create a challenging, fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • 5-7 years of work experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO
  • Ability to de-stress the work environment under pressure
  • Very strong computer skills in Window, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet/Intranet
