Job Overview

A highly competitive annual salary of $80,000-$120,000 (dependent on experience) awaits an exceptional sales specialist to join our dynamic team in Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, or work from anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet ambitious sales/revenue targets through strategic pipeline management.
  • Resolve complex customer escalations and ensure seamless student journeys.
  • Maintain exceptionally high satisfaction ratings.
  • Report and data analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Implement company values, goals, and objectives within the team.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve set targets.
  • Pipeline forecasting and effective issue resolution.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Overseas industry experience (mandatory).
  • In-depth knowledge of premium admissions sales for 1+ year.
  • A thorough understanding of various courses, eligibility criteria, and career options across disciplines (Germany preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRMs (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with presentation expertise.
  • Previous stakeholder management experience (desirable).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and web conferencing tools.
  • Expertise in time management, analytical, and organisational skills, along with team management experience.
