Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our Dairy Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with customers.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a strong background in dairy products or FMCG industry. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Team Management: Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales leadership, preferably in the dairy or FMCG industry.
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team of sales professionals.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or marketing.
The salary for this role is ₹800,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
