Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT Manager to oversee our global operations. As the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the technical infrastructure, applications, hardware, and network systems within the organization.

Your duties will include:

  • Planning and managing the annual IT budget.
  • Operating, monitoring, and developing SAP S4/HANA systems.
  • Defining the IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for the subsidiary in line with group guidelines.
  • Rolling out Global IT initiatives, in alignment with the Global IT team.
  • Managing the purchasing, installation, and rollout processes in subsidiaries for IT hardware, in alignment with Global guidelines.
  • Responsible for the technical requirements for purchasing and service contracts for IT infrastructure.
  • Managing local IT infrastructure in the plant/subsidiary to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
  • Proposing and coordinating the deployment and maintenance of IT Hardware and Network solutions.
  • Monitoring performance of IT infrastructure and networks, and making recommendations for improvements as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.
  • Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3.
  • Proven working experience as an IT Manager, or other relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Expertise in data center management and data governance.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, cyber security, and other IT compliance standards.
