We are seeking a highly motivated Broker Relationship Manager to establish, nurture and expand partnerships with Stock Market brokerage firms in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic alliances, negotiating agreements and ensuring seamless collaboration between our company and brokers to drive mutual growth.
The role involves facilitating communication between brokers and clients, ensuring smooth trading operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Economics
- 3+ years of experience in brokerage partnerships, financial services or a similar role
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms and brokerage operations
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving
