Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization as a Customer Service Associate. This role involves providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and provide timely support to resolve queries and issues.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or Chartered Accountancy (Inter).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management with a strong background in accounting entries and taxation, including GST.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in local language and working knowledge of English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Familiarity with the NCR region and residing in NCR for at least 2 years.
- Own bike/two-wheeler for commuting and own laptop for office work.
