Team Leader Opportunity

You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the team. This includes setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to your team members. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive increased productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service associates
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Team Leader or equivalent role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding targets
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
