Workforce Operations and Talent Fulfillment Specialist

This is a critical role for someone who can take full ownership of people operations, talent deployment, and office presence from opening to closing every single day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Deployment Excellence: Own the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end: sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, client submissions. Ensure zero-error client submissions with daily visibility, weekly reporting, and aggressive deployment strategies.
  • Talent Management and Optimization: Treat the bench as your profit and loss statement with daily visibility, weekly reporting, and proactive talent readiness planning. Anticipate demand and align talent skills before client needs arise. Coordinate training programs to close skill gaps efficiently.
  • Employee Engagement and Performance: Mandatory weekly one-on-one connects with every employee to track morale, performance, and blockers. Ensure office presence, punctuality, and etiquette standards are followed without exception. Act as the escalation point for employee wellbeing - own solutions, not just updates.
  • Operational Efficiency and Reporting: Deliver a daily status report covering recruitment, bench, client submissions, and operations. Publish a weekly newsletter that reflects company culture, achievements, and forward-looking goals. Own training logistics, vendor coordination, and end-to-end operational continuity.
  • Leadership and Culture Building: Build a proactive over reactive culture - anticipate issues, solve them before they escalate. Lead by example - visible presence in office, zero tolerance for mediocrity. Mentor, direct, and challenge your operations support team to deliver at the same high bar.
