Job Overview:

The role of Talent Operations Associate is to ensure seamless communication between the consulting team and internal stakeholders regarding project progress. This involves collaborating with the consulting team to comprehend and analyze administrative requirements, such as scheduling meetings, training sessions, and coaching sessions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing travel and accommodation arrangements, supporting invoicing closure, and calendar management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain active communication with the consulting team and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project updates.
  • Collaborate with the consulting team to understand and analyze administrative requirements, including scheduling meetings, training sessions, and coaching sessions.
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements to support team members.
  • Support invoicing closure and calendar management to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide back-end support to enable smooth execution and implementation of client projects.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness of consulting projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
  • Drive operational excellence through key performance indicators (KPIs) and timely execution of service-level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in consulting, human resources, or operations.
