About the Role:
The ERP Manager will be responsible for overseeing technology risk management activities, ensuring compliance and managing user access privileges in the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop policies and procedures for data processing to ensure integrity and continuity.
- Manage ERP user access and password security.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for manufacturing processes.
- Lead technology risk management activities for ERP in manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for business continuity.
- Configure regulatory requirements and validate critical fields for manufacturing in plants.
- Integrate ERP with government portal APIs and manage master configurations.
- Customize legal document output forms and interface with customers and vendors.
- Identify and prioritize user issues in daily business processes.
- Develop MIS reports for compliance and financial requirements.
- Assess and resolve user issues through front-end and back-end support.
- Ensure transaction security and prevent backdated updates and unauthorized user access.
- Monitor system implementation, support, and logical security.
- Keep ERP software up-to-date for GST and TDS compliance.
- Troubleshoot technology issues.
- Formulate strategies for efficient ERP processes.
- Manage and maintain all ERP business processes.
- Purchase, receive, and account for ERP module upgrades.
- Coordinate with plant IT and teams for ERP implementation and support.
- Build and lead a stable, disciplined team with successful leadership.
- Identify and fulfill training needs for team members.
- Maintain employee morale and create a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Candidates should hold a graduate degree from a technical institution (BE/BCA) or a postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDBM/MCA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP modules.
Required Skills:
Candidates should have skills in SQL, Excel Pivot, and knowledge of tables and fields to access transactional data and master data.
