Resource Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Resource Optimization Specialist to leverage their engineering foundation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast technical resource needs, build structured resource plans, and optimize resource allocation for high-impact delivery.

This role involves analyzing technical skill sets, identifying capability gaps, and supporting talent-to-project mapping. The successful candidate will also partner with project managers to evaluate resource implications on scope and delivery, prepare resource utilization reports, and contribute to predictive forecasting models.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts, analytical skills, and the ability to work comfortably with engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders. Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented individuals who can adapt quickly in fast-paced project environments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
