Supply Chain Planning Professional

In this role, you will provide expert insights to clients by analyzing their business needs and challenges.

Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience with supply chain planning software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience, with significant hands-on work in supply chain planning software, is essential.
  • You must possess a strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, test planning, and leadership is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and Advanced Excel is a requirement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective stakeholder management.

Technical Skills:

Supply Chain Planning Expertise


• Deep functional and technical understanding of Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).


• Advanced scripting experience using custom languages for data manipulation and custom workflows.


• Experience in integrating systems using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.


• Ability to create, customize, and manage analytical reports and dashboards within software, and optionally connect with Business Intelligence platforms.


• Consulting experience, including assessments and implementations.


Working collaboratively in a team environment and possessing excellent oral and written communication skills are also necessary.


Key performance indicators include providing high-quality services, meeting client expectations, and contributing to the growth of the organization.
