We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support end-to-end supply chain operations in the medical device industry. The role involves managing supplier quality, non-conformances, and CAPA processes while driving process improvements to ensure a robust, compliant, and efficient supply chain. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Supply Chain Strategy & Execution – Support the development and execution of supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.

# Sourcing & Procurement – Assist in supplier selection, purchase order management, and vendor negotiations.

# Inventory Management – Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock availability, and reduce waste.

# Logistics & Distribution – Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and delivery processes.

# Supplier Quality & Compliance – Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and CE standards; oversee supplier audits and performance monitoring.

# Risk Management – Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (supplier reliability, regulatory changes, disruptions).

# Data Analysis & Reporting – Track KPIs (lead time, inventory turns, OTIF), perform root cause analysis, and generate management reports.

# Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with manufacturing, quality, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless operations.

# Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field .

~5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in the medical device/healthcare sector .

~ Experience with supplier quality management, NC/CAPA processes, and risk management .

~ Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

~ advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
