Job Title

A seasoned Solution Consultant is sought after to drive strategic partnerships and deliver tailored solutions that address complex supply chain challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, coupled with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. They will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify pain points, and develop comprehensive supply chain solutions.

  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their supply chain requirements.
  • Develop and implement customized supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse.
  • Present compelling case studies and proof-of-concept scenarios to showcase solution capabilities.

The consultant will also configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client needs, provide thought leadership during sales cycles, and serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
