Job Overview

A shipping and terminal organization seeks a seasoned Crisis Resolution Manager to spearhead its innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the resolution of complex issues, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders and implementing solutions that adhere to operational standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the resolution of critical incidents to restore services efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding incident updates and resolutions.
  • Analyze incident trends to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Act as a point of escalation for high-priority incidents within the organization.
  • Work closely with service teams to ensure adherence to SLAs and operational standards.
  • Provide detailed post-incident reports and recommendations for future prevention.

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing crises in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of crisis management frameworks and tools.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks.
