Automation Transformation Lead

The Automation Transformation Lead will spearhead the development and scaling of automation capabilities, delivering efficient solutions that drive operational excellence, productivity, and quality. This role will transform manual workflows into streamlined operations by leveraging RPA, AI/ML, Power Platform, advanced analytics, and process standardization.

This transformation will align with the company's continuous improvement and global transformation goals, directly contributing to a shift from cost centers to value-generating hubs.

To achieve this goal, the Automation Transformation Lead will establish a scalable automation capability within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Scalable Automation Capability: Build the automation function from ground up, including tools, delivery governance, and foundational team structure to support long-term efficiency goals.
  • Deliver Automation Solutions: Deliver automation solutions that reduce manual effort, improve turnaround time, and contribute directly to the organization's productivity improvement goal and overhead optimization.
  • Build & Lead High-Performing Automation Team: Hire and mentor technically strong talent, while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Partner with Global Stakeholders: Partner with functional leaders and stakeholders to understand their operational challenges, pain points, and strategic priorities, ensuring automation solutions are aligned with business unit needs.
  • Assess, Quantify, and Report ROI: Assess, quantify, and clearly report the return on investment (ROI) of each proposed automation solution to leadership, enabling informed decision-making and strong business case buy-in.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Power BI.
  • Automation Tools: Experience with RPA, AI/ML, Power Platform, and analytics implementation.
  • Certifications: PMP, RPA developer certifications, AI/ML specializations, and certifications in data engineering or change management.
