About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end execution of e Governance and Aadhaar-related projects ensuring timely delivery and compliance with government guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and ensuring project goals are met efficiently.
  3. Liaise with government authorities, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
  4. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in project execution, budgeting, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory) and English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
