Project Director Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and oversee the execution of interior and architectural design projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple sites, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time while upholding the design intent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of full-cycle project execution from inception to completion.
  • Development of detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Management of timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.
Skill Requirements
  • Leadership and management of internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Communication with clients, ensuring transparent information exchange and timely updates.
Quality Assurance
  • Implementation of quality control procedures and adherence to safety standards.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of risks or roadblocks without compromising project objectives.
Reporting and Documentation
  • Maintenance of accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
  • Presentation of project status reports to senior management and clients regularly.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
  • Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp understanding.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s) preferred.
