About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT infrastructure solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building effective relationships with stakeholders, escalating operational issues, and maintaining proper documentation.

  • Build and maintain relationships with peers, Infrastructure Leads, and OPS team members.
  • Elevate daily operational concerns for IT Infrastructure.
  • Oversee operational tasks and keep accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the business on changes or new services.
  • Support incident resolution, service requests, and problem-solving efforts.
  • Execute incident resolution and problem inquiries.
  • Ensure uninterrupted service provision and restore services in case of disruption.
  • Manage third-party vendors for incident management.
  • Assess technical conditions of IT equipment and infrastructure.
  • Design and implement IT hardware (Servers, Storage etc.).
  • Maintain and update systems regularly.
  • Monitor system performance and take corrective action.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting.
  • Support internal office moves, if required.
  • Keep up-to-date documentation and tasks for audit purposes.
  • Participate in IT Infrastructure projects, as needed.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of IT experience in similar roles.
  • Service Delivery, Client Orientation, Customer Service expertise.
  • Advanced technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Global team experience and multijurisdictional work.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server OS, Virtualization – Hyper-V, VMWARE, Server hardware, Storage Devices, Office 365 / Exchange server Management, Mimecast, OKTA, and other relevant technologies.
