System Architect Job Summary

A skilled Salesforce system architect is required to drive the discovery process, assess system architecture and business processes, and recommend improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with clients' business and IT staff to design and implement solutions that meet their needs.

Job Description:

The job involves participating in the Discovery process to identify opportunities for improvement, assessing system architecture and business processes to recommend solutions that align with client goals, working with Business Analysts to prepare use cases, business requirements, and functional requirements for implementation projects, defining and documenting the system testing approach to ensure seamless integration, designing and supporting data integration requirements to facilitate data exchange, continuously researching emerging technologies and proposing changes to stay ahead of the curve, assessing business impact of implementing software systems to inform decision-making, managing solution ideation, design, and pre-implementation activities to meet client needs, and leading a team of developers, assigning and reviewing code to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce-based enterprise systems for clients.
  • 1+ year of LWC component development experience.
  • Salesforce Architect certification is a plus.
  • Strong experience with building scalable and enterprise-level data management solutions in Salesforce.
  • Configuration, customization, programming skills with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and new instance implementations from scratch.
  • Practical deployment knowledge of Visual Force, Lightning/Aura, and SLDS.
  • Experience with Web Services REST APIs and JSON.
  • Hands-on experience with SFDC Sales/Service, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce.com.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permissions, and sharing).
  • Exposure to all aspects of SDLC and deployment best practices.
  • Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Project management experience with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Maturity and customer-facing skills required to manage complex projects.
  • Quick thinking and decision-making skills with organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to work US Overlap hours to accommodate clients.
