Quality Assurance Professional


The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality management systems, including IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015. They will coordinate audits, manage team discussions, and ensure goal attainment through open-minded approaches.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems, including IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits conducted by customers/certification bodies.
  • Manage team discussions to ensure conflict resolution and effective communication.
  • Develop original ideas and convincingly present them to different audiences.
  • Certify IPC 610 and demonstrate expertise in statistics and data analytics.


Requirements:

  • BE (E&C/Mechanical) degree with 6 years of experience.
  • Preferably, experience in Quality Management System roles with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor qualification.
  • Certified IATF Core Tools and Q-tools.
  • Competence in PFMEA.
  • Expertise in manufacturing processes of electronics products.


Techincal Competence:

  • Knowledge in manufacturing process of electronics product.
  • Qualified ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA6.3 Auditor.
  • Certified for IPC 610, Expert in statistics and knowledge of data analytics.

  • Ensures goal attainment by being open to new approaches.
  • Comes up with original ideas.
  • Convincingly presents own ideas and concepts to different target audiences.
  • Breaks problems into component parts and identifies basic causal links.
  • Manages team discussions by ensuring conflict isn't personal and tables issues openly.
  • Is able to work skillfully with emotions, motivations, desires and intentions of others.
  • Deliberately makes effort to find personal resourcefulness in challenging situations rather than resorting to negative attitude.
