System Administrator Support

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to support our clinical trial platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Rave EDC System and collaborate with vendors to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Manage FMT meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
  • Coordinate user access across all studies and URLs.
  • Evaluate alternative EDC systems such as Veeva.
  • Maintain standard business processes for regulatory compliance in GDO Systems.
  • Coordinate upgrades and custom script validation with third-party vendors.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in downstream system testing for Rave releases.
  • Act as liaison between stakeholders for Rave access and system enhancements.
  • Work with the DTI team to manage enhancements for systems like STAR and DMP.
  • Provide technical input for automation and technology adoption in current systems.
  • Manage documentation related to user access, including acquisitions.
  • Conduct risk assessments for evaluating new EDC systems.
