We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Review Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Your primary focus will be on reviewing supplier agreements, vendor contracts, client agreements, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). You will also assist in the development of standard contract templates and processes.
In addition to contract review, you will monitor and ensure the company's adherence to regulatory and legal requirements across various jurisdictions. This will involve conducting internal compliance audits and risk assessments, supporting the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, and training materials.
You will work closely with senior legal counsel and other departments to help safeguard the company's legal interests and maintain required compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications">- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
- 4-6 years of experience in a law firm or in-house experience.
- Proficiency in email and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of contract laws and commercial agreements.
