The Contract Management Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring seamless revenue flow, risk mitigation, and transparent reporting by overseeing the entire contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements.

About the Role

This position ensures that all contracts comply with company policies, revenue recognition standards, service provisioning, and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of SaaS contracts, invoicing workflows, revenue recognition, and compliance frameworks.

  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements.
  • Invoicing & Billing Management: Lead the team responsible for timely, accurate, and compliant customer billing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as liaison between Finance, Sales, Legal, and RevOps for seamless contract-to-cash execution.

This role drives improvements in contract and invoicing workflows to shorten cycle times and reduce errors.

A strong understanding of CLM tools, ERP integrations, and Salesforce automation is required.
