Role Summary:

Our company is seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to spearhead the development of our comprehensive SaaS platform. This individual will be responsible for translating high-level product vision into a scalable, maintainable technical foundation.

The successful candidate will have strong architectural expertise in AWS and platform design, with the ability to drive scalable multi-tenant architecture and complex permission systems.

Key responsibilities include deciding and implementing optimal architectural patterns, driving system scalability, and ensuring the stability of our platform with 5,000+ concurrent users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate product epics into modular service contracts, data flow diagrams, and scalable system components.
  • Decide and implement optimal architectural patterns (monolith vs. microservices, REST vs. event-driven, DB index vs. cache).
  • Drive scalable multi-tenant architecture for user/workspace models and complex permission systems.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience including 2+ years in an architecture or senior technical leadership role.
  • Strong full-stack expertise with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Demonstrated success in designing multi-tenant architectures and scalable systems handling 1,000+ requests per minute.
  • Advanced proficiency in AWS including EC2, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudFront, and Cognito.
