Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our growing legal team at Zyoin Group.

This role is ideal for someone with a startup mindset and strong legal acumen who can manage commercial contracts and compliance while aligning with business objectives.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that our legal infrastructure keeps pace with business growth and regulatory complexity.

The successful candidate will have strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, proficiency in legal risk assessment and regulatory compliance, and knowledge of data protection, corporate governance, and financial regulation.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication, research, and analytical skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, and high ethical standards and integrity.

We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to shape the future of global finance.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Advising on cross-border legal and compliance matters
  • Providing legal guidance in contract disputes and dispute resolution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher qualification
  • 4-6 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors is an advantage
