International Mobile Affiliate Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our mobile affiliate business development initiatives globally. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through international partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global affiliate marketing strategies to expand our reach in key markets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with mobile advertisers, app developers, and affiliate networks worldwide.
  • Oversee campaign execution, including offer setup, delivery, and quality KPI management.
  • Monitor affiliate performance using tracking tools and analyze campaign data to inform optimization decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile affiliate marketing and international business development.
  • Strong network of global affiliates, aggregators, DSPs, and mobile advertisers.
  • Deep understanding of CPI/CPA campaigns, tracking platforms, and mobile attribution models.
  • Experience working with offers in verticals like gaming, fintech, e-commerce, health, etc.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with affiliate networks or performance marketing agencies.
  • Exposure to LATAM, MENA, SEA, or European mobile markets.
